Chitika - Hot or Not?
How do you spell disillusionment? Chitika Chitika When Chitika first came on the scene and started generating big buzz, I thought it may turn into the hottest thing since Adsense. I still think the app is VERY cool, but earnings and other issues have caused lots of disillusionment. I'm sure there are people who are still making money - therefore happy and non-vocal. For those of you who don't know about the Chitika forums over at DigitalPoint, here are several threads that contain pages and pages of discontent from affiliates who are not happy. Read the rest here: Chitika - Hot or Not?

Blog Ad Survey - Revenue and Sources
Just discovered some enlightening surveys about blog revenue. The graphs are great and the info is interesting. Not sure how wide the survey was or how representative it is of the average blogger. But I find the stats interesting enough to start a discussion about. Most bloggers only make $20 a month? Note: affiliate programs are not even mentioned as a revenue source, only AdSense and some other blog ad type networks.

Chitika, Chitika, Chitika!
I have not seen this much buzz on the forums about a new affiliate program Affiliate Program or contextual advertising program since Google Adsense hit the scene. Reports that I have read are somewhat mixed but many affiliates are reporting higher revenues with Chitika Chitika. The primary recipients of the increased earning seem to be product related sites that are more tech oriented.
